They have moved from quiver to the bow
From gathered to fully grown
Like arrows shot afar
They have launched to lives their own
They will see days not meant for us
Raise families and extend the lineage
We are thankful for our Christian heritage
We did the best for them
Provided love and discipline
We have exampled for them
Teaching and training
Faith in Christ Jesus not feigning
Yes, we have modeled as we were taught
While our mission is not yet complete
We will one day say goodnight
But even that is not the end
Because we will meet again!
Arrows from Our Quiver
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 KJV
