Goodbye and Hello
Aloha, Ciao, and Salut mean both
So whether you come
Or whether you go
Aloha, Ciao and Salut!
A thin veil separates this life from the next
When this life is done
We simply pass on
Those who are left feel the loss
They say aloha goodbye
But that’s not the end
We cross over
To the other side
We say aloha hello to those who
Preceded us to life
A reunion in the Promised Land
But an important caveat to understand
Is that faith in Christ Jesus is required
It must be obtained here in this life
And carried to the afterlife
To have eternal life
Doing so will ensure a happy hello
When you say Aloha to Life
